Shipping policy

Stofpad offers a fixed nationwide delivery cost of only R90.

At Stofpad, our goal is to provide you with the best delivery options, no matter where you live. We deliver customer orders daily across the country, ensuring that we provide you with the highest levels of response at all times.

The delivery time-frame is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Orders verification, quality control and packaging. All orders are shipped to the courier for delivery within 48 hours of order (Excludes weekends and holidays)

Delivery Time: This refers to the time it takes to ship an order from our warehouse to the final destination. South African orders are sent to your door by courier, it usually takes 2 to 4 days, but it may take longer from time to time.

DELIVERY NOTES:

• We are an online store and do not offer walk-in purchases.
• Orders can be collected in Krugersdorp from our offices in Rant-en-Dal when arranged in advance.
• For special circumstances or urgent deliveries, please contact us so we can look at options to help you.
• Deliveries are arranged from Monday to Friday and exclude public holidays.
• No delivery to postal addresses.
• No delivery to farms.
• There must be someone available at the delivery address to receive the parcel and sign for it.
• Make sure you have provided the correct email address and / or cellphone number to keep track of your delivery.
