INGREDIENTS

Elgin Free Range Chicken, Spices, Onions, Stock, Tomatoes.
Served with Basmati rice.
DIRECTIONS

Pour dry mixture into a pot, add enough water to cover, stir well and let rehydrate for 10 min.

Place pot over a medium heat and bring to a boil. Cook, stirring occasionally for 10 min, add more water till you reach desired consistency.

Remove from heat, cover and let stand for another 5 min.

Stir again and dig in!
